So....I am getting married!!!! YAY!!!
The goal of this new blog is to get me to stay on track with my dieting and exercise since people will actually be looking at it. Every day we will post our food diaries and workouts for the day, that way everyone can see what we ate and how we worked out. And when I look good and when I am as healthy as possible, everyone will be able to look and see what we did. So here I am! Time to get started.
