So finished my workout for the day. It was a hard one! I did a little bit of everything today, and afterwards, got myself a delicciouusss iced coffee. numnum :)
Heres my A** Kickin Workout:
Stationary Bike Ladder
1 minute on each
Level 7.0 RPM 90
Level 7.5 RPM 85
Level 8.0 RPM 80
Level 8.5 RPM 75
Level 9.0 RPM 70
Level 8.5 RPM 85
Level 8.0 RPM 80
Level 7.5 RPM 85
Level 7.0 RPM 90
1 minute recovery
Repeat 3 times
(Although today I only did 2 1/2 times :D)
Weight Lifting:
Squats: 3x8
subset of box jumps--->3x5
Leg Press: 3x8
Leg Curl: 2x12
subset of leg lifts ---->2x12
(A subset is wher eyou do one set of the first thing, then immediately do one set of the sub exercise)
Abs:
Crunch Series: 1x20 each
This is where you do 20 reps of each of the following (as crunches)
Legs straight up in the air
Legs bent at 90 Degrees
One leg at 90 and the other straight out at 45 degrees
Switch legs
Feet flat on the floor
Right side crunches
Left side crunches
V-sit Hold: 1 minute
Supermans: 1x25
Russian Twists: 1x50 on each side (so 100 total)
So feel free to get your a** kicked here too. Tuesdays will definately be my leg day! And all of those weight lifting moves work your tush, so mine will be nice and sore tomorrow! Also just so everyone knows, I do less repitions because I do heavy weights when I lift, you can change up the number of reps you do depending on if you lift heavy or even if you just do bodyweight. Either way works! But make sure you stretch out hella good afterwards guys! Its super important to stretch and drink lots of water after you workout to flush out the lactic acid so you don't die! :p
