Friday Friday Friday!!!!! =D I love Fridays!! I don't have to go to class, and I do my weigh ins! Ahh!! It was scary getting on that scale, but then I looked at it, and I lost 2 pounds! YAY! That is the way you are supposed to lose weight, and that is exactly how I want to do it!
Losing weight doesn't happen fast, and if it does-then you are not doing it the healthy way. The healthy and natural way to lose weight puts your weight loss at 1 to 2 pounds a week. If you are losing much more than that then you are losing too fast and your body will not keep the weight off in the long run. So please lose weight the correct way! I have tried it other ways, and I promise you, yes you will lose the weight quicker, but then it will come back. And that part sucks- A LOT!
