Thursday's Cardio/Arm Day

So I decided to try to do some running today...bad plan. I can't even run a mile without dying. Wow. It is just not my thing. But I did run...one mile...how sad :( So since I didn't run very far I decided to do some Step-Mill cardio. It was hard! I sweat like a dude on a ranch in the middle of a Texas summer.....so gross. Oh well. I gotta look nasty and sweaty if I'm going to look good! :D
Anyhoodles, here is my workout:

Cardio:

Running: 1 mile
Step Mill:
Intervals, 50 steps/minute then 70 steps/minute
15 Minutes
 

Arms:

Incline Bench: 10-8-6
Lat Pull Down: 10-8-6
Lat Pushdown Thingy: 2x10
Row Machine: 2x5 (heavy)
Rear Delt: 1x15
Chest Fly: 1x15
 
Now Don't make fun of my lat-pushdown-thingy...I just can't remember the name of the machine I was using! Ah! But it is the one where you sit down with your arms above your head and put your elbows on some pads and your hands lightly grip some bars, and you push down with your elbows! It works your back muscles, your lats, and your abs. Its a hard machine as long as you do it right!
Ok now I have to get back to work!
