So I kind of gave in to my sweet tooth yesterday :( blah. I am so bad at eating sweets. I swear I am like the dessert eating champion. Ughhh. I can't help it! Everything with sugar is just so damn good! But I only was over my calories for the day by 290...probably because I replaced dinner with dessert...not a good plan. BLAH! Carb Overload.. Goal for the next week, STOP EATING SO MUCH CARBS!!!!
