So my lovely bride and I are going to do a 5k Zombie Run in December!! Ahh!!! I am very excited for it, and I actually want to be able to run the whole 5k! So I am slowly but surely making myself run on the evilness that is a treadmill! But it was actually not that bad yesterday. I am doing intervals to get up my running skills so I don't pass out and die or just trip on my clumsy feet! This makes it easier to get up to running the whole 5k. So I will do treadmill workouts twice a week from now on, maybe Mondays and Thursdays. This week will be my starting point, just the one for this week! unless I get up the nerve to run again today...buuuttt I doubt it haha! Anyhoodles, here is my lovely workout:
Cardio
Treadmill:
30 Minute Workout:
2 minutes at 3.5 mph rest
5 minutes at 6.0 mph running
Repeat that 4 times
2 minute cool down
Abs:
