So today I decided to work out my arms instead of my legs at the lovely gym today. It has been awhile and my arms are already so sore! But it is going to be worth it! One day I will be posting on here about how I got to where I am, not about how I am getting there! But for now, it is just the journey, and I am glad to share it with you guys!

Chest Fly: 12
Push-Ups: 10-8-6
Dips: 12-10-8
Abs:
Front Plank: 1 minute
Cross-legged Crunch: 25 each
Sit-Ups: 25
Alternating Supermans: 25 each
Leg Lift with a Hip Lift: 25
