The Quickie Workout

I didn't have much time to workout Friday, but I really didn't want to skip a day! so I went in for 30 minutes. I did some cardio, a few lifts, and some abs. I wanted to keep my weight-lifting at 3 times a week and didn't want to miss out on my abs again! I need to do those! Always! So here is my dubbed "quickie" workout!

Cardio:

Running:
2 minutes at 3.5
5 minutes at 6.5
Repeat twice
Warm-down 2 minutes

Lifting:

Leg Press: 10-8-6
Leg Curl: 10-8
Leg Lift: 10-8
Adduction: 1x15
Abduction: 1x15

Abs:
