Day #1 Workouts

From the MOH I did a hard workout this morning, although I only did 20 minutes on the Cybex (like an elliptical) I did a very hard hills workout!! So basically heres what I did:

Cardio:

Cybex Program Workout Number 2
Level 7 
20 minutes

Abs:

Crunches 1x50
Alternating Pikes 1x25 each
Single Leg Glute Bridge 1x :30 sec each
Reach Thrus 1x25 each
V-sit Slide 1x1 minute
