I Workout!! :p

Alrighty! Starting my week fresh with an awesome workout on Monday! I sweat like crazy, and it didn't help that the entire mens baseball team was in the weight room today makin me feel gross! I swear I sweat more than all of them! EW! Oh well. I don't need to impress anyone...except for myself. And maybe my boyfriend :p
 

Cardio:

Cybex Machine:
Hill Interval Level 8: 30 mintues

Weights:

Leg Press:  10-8-6
Leg Curl: 1x12
Leg Lift: 1x12
^Did the curl/lift combo twice through^
Reverse Hypers: 2x6
Thigh Adduction: 1x15
Hip Abduction: 1x15

Abs:

Straight Arm Sit-Ups: 1x25
Hollow Hold: 1 minute hold
Pendulums: 1x25 each side
Alternating Toe Touches: 1x25 each
