Workouts! Wednesday/Cardio Day

So I didn't work out Monday or Tuesday because I am lazy sometimes :/ so I worked out Wednesday and Thursday and will today and Saturday to get in at least 4! So here is Wednesday's workout :)
 

Cardio:


Elliptical/Cybex Machine:
Hills Interval: Level 7
30 Minutes
 
 

Abs:

Front Plank:              1 minute
Russian Twists:           1x50         
Pikes:                      1x20    
Repeat twice
Crunch Series: 1x20 each
