Ok, so since I do have access to an athletic trainer-because he used to be my athletic trainer- I also get access to some awesome, yet super quick, ab routines. All of them work your abs like crazy. I can promise you that. But none of them take more than 10 minutes (unless you take long breaks between sets). But I do mine fairly quickly as that is how I was instructed to do them! So I plan on doing one routine from this list at a time and then go back through them again. And I only have one more routine to do before I start over! It took awhile to get through these because I don't do abs everyday. I am, however, going to start doing some more abs; so instead of just doing abs 3 times a week, I will be doing them on the weekends too! I got to get my abs strong again. It really helps me lose weight when I have more muscle mass! But anyways, I am going to write out all of my ab workouts here so that when I do one, I don't have to write it out everyday, but just link you back to a different post! It will make my typing fingers much happier :)
Anyhoodles, I hope everyone is doing awesomely-fantastical! I am working on making a brand new blog layout that relates more to my theme :) I have it all planned out in my head, it is just getting it out onto photoshop! I need to find some awesome brushes. meh. Oh well. I'll get it figured out soon!
Oh! I also put up the soon to be "Before" pictures on our page! feel free to check them out....even if they are ugly to look at. Ugghh. I need to get rid of all that extra fat!! I'm working on it :)
