I forgot Wednesday's Workout!

How silly of me. Completely blanked! Blah!! Well I did workout on Wednesday, since I ate all those damn cupcakes :/ whhoopps. I did a nice long bike workout and then some lovely arms and then some lovely abs! So here ya go!
 

Cardio:

Bike Ladder
Level 7.0 RPM 90
Level 7.5 RPM 85
Level 8.0 RPM 80
Level 8.5 RPM 75
Level 9.0 RPM 70
Level 8.5 RPM 75
Level. 8.0 RPM 80
Level 7.5 RPM 85
Level 7.0 RPM 90
Level 6.0 Rest
Repeat 3 times
 

Lifting:

Seated Bench Press: 10-8-6
Pulldown: 10-8-6
Pullover (aka lat thingy): 12-10
Row: 10-8
Chest Fly: 12-10
Rear Delt: 12-10
